Review: Dellis’ Bar and Grill

Dellis’ Bar and Grill is one of my favorite places to go for buffalo wings and beer. A small bar located in White Marsh, it has some very tight parking that fills up fast with locals. They have excellent meals and service, with affordable weekly specials that never disappoint. Televisions surround the bar for viewing pleasure, karaoke is done weekly and Baltimore Ravens players do radio broadcasts during football season (I’ve been there to see RB – Le’Ron McClain), yet there are booths available to seperate you from the excitement of the bar area.

Standard dishes are done very well here, which makes them a quick favorite. Buffalo wings are cooked to perfection with a crispy outside, moist inside, and lots of sauce. Salads are crisp, refreshing, and huge. The crab pretzel is a huge hit, but I would skip the cream of crab soup though.

I had the pleasure of catching the sausage and shrimp burrito special (I requested no beans, but by all means try them if you catch this special) one day. What an amazing dish! My burrito was overflowing with huge seasoned shrimp and juicy, spicy Andouille sausage. Mixed with that was Mexican seasoning melted cheese and tomato-sauce based rice and onions. One bite gives you a beautiful blends of flavors that work perfectly with each other and an experience you must try.

If you are in the area and want a quick bite or looking for a place to have a beer and check the score on the game, Dellis’ is a place you should consider.
